Day Four
After breakfast, we will depart for the Ourika Valley, Sitti Fatma, and the Seven Cascades site.
The trail follows the Ourika River for a while, then climbs alongside a torrent that cascades down toward the main valley.
We may encounter small macaque monkeys doing their shopping.
The hike is not particularly difficult, but a reasonable level of fitness and good shoes are necessary. Those who prefer to stay on flatter terrain can walk along the main valley and visit an aromatic plant garden.
We will bring water and a lunch to get through the midday break.
In any case, it’s another more mountainous view of Morocco with snow-capped peaks in the background.
For those who prefer, of course, staying at the Riad, enjoying the sun on the terrace, or wandering through the souks is always an option.
For everyone, return to the Riad for dinner served on the terrace.
